Papua New Guinea
Papaya, Prune, Cherry Cola
We're bringing you a new coffee from the island of Papua New Guinea. Grown at high altitudes, this coffee is a blend from about 1,500 smallholder farmers in the Kindeng area. Farms are typically 1-2 hectares, with sandy loam and loamy clay soils. After harvesting, the cherries are dried on raised beds for about a month, moved frequently to ensure uniform drying. What we love about this coffee is its complex sweetness with just a hint of a boozy finish.
